Business activity and mission


Generali Consulting Solutions and Generali Claims Solutions are wholly owned independently managed subsidiaries of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. – United States Branch (a Generali Group company). Generali Group is one of Europe’s leading financial services company with assets in excess of $300 billion (US).

The companies were formed in part as a means of retaining a team of seasoned professionals individually averaging over 15 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry. Our initial charter was to provide the Generali Group companies with expert run-off and claims management services for their Uniteds States exposures. As the needs of the Group companies grew, so did the requirements on us. Today, we have grown to be a multi-service organization with third-party sales representing over 60% of the company’s revenue. Our commitment to providing prompt, competent, cost-effective solutions is our primary goal.

Generali Consulting Solutions is a provider of risk engineering and loss prevention surveys, accounting and claims auditing, run-off management, software development, and project management services to name a few. While Generali Claims Solutions is a claims management (TPA) organization with expertise in many of the most complex lines of business. Additionally, providing litigation management, mediation support, expert witness testimony, and many other services that are tailored to the individual client needs.
